FUNBASE
Rules and privacy
What's forbidden
- Nudity, sexual content and anything involving minors in that context.
- Showing violence, drugs, weapons and other illegal content.
- Insults, bullying, threats, hate speech.
- Playing videos with such content in a room.
- Spam, advertising, attempts to break the service.
Violators are removed from rooms and banned by IP address and device, temporarily or permanently.
Moderation
To keep forbidden content off the site, game sessions, including participants' camera video, may be viewed by moderators without separate notice. Moderators see the same as room participants. Players can report a participant: the report includes a frame and the last minute of that participant's video and audio. This minute is kept in the reporter's browser memory and is sent only with a report — without a report, the recording goes nowhere.
What data we process
- Camera. Smiles are detected by your browser; camera video is not sent to the server for analysis. Video goes directly to other room participants (WebRTC), or through our relay server without recording on poor networks.
- Proof screenshots. When you get “caught”, a few frames are saved on the server and shown to the room. They are deleted automatically after 48 hours.
- Reports. Frames and videos from reports are seen only by moderators (including via the site's Telegram bot). Videos are deleted 30 days after the report is reviewed.
- Technical data. Your IP address and a random device ID are used to prevent abuse and to enforce bans. The history of account logins and game visits is kept for 180 days.
- Visit statistics. Our own, without Yandex Metrica or Google Analytics: which pages are opened, where visitors came from (referring site and campaign tag), country, device type and browser. IP addresses are not stored in the statistics; a visitor is just a random number in the browser.
We don't sell data or use it for advertising.
